Because we aren’t an MSP, we do things differently than your average MSP would. We’re going to be with you every step of the way so you’re comfortable with not only your technology but your relationship with us as well. After all, there’s no reason you shouldn’t love your technology provider too!
Our first meeting will be pretty simple. We want to know you. We want to know the technology needs for your business, as well as other technology needs we might be able to help you with to implement process improvement. Lay it all on us – there’s not much we can’t handle. For this first meeting, it’s okay to talk about you.
Technology and Cyber
Once we’re done talking about you, we’ll run an assessment on your current network infrastructure and technology to see if there are any process improvement to be made. We want to see if you’re at risk for security breaches and if your technology is really working the way you think it is. We bet it’s not.
After finding all the defects in your current infrastructure, our team here at Qsource gets together and lays out a detailed plan on how we can bring you up to snuff with your technology. We’ll fill you in on our plan to rework your IT and how we aim on getting it to be the best it can be.
All you have to do is sit back and watch us work! We install Firewall and connect our NOC to your network. We bring all your machines up to par and install management software everywhere. We’ll also finish up all the set-up projects we started earlier. Once we’re done – you’ll have everything you need to be ready to go!
Around the Clock Support
Luckily, we’re not fair-weather friends. We won’t love you and leave you with your technology. Sure, we’ll give you Helpdesk contact information and all the usernames and passwords we’ve set up, but that won’t be the last you hear from us. We’ll proactively monitor your new technology and provide around the clock support to help you with any issues that might pop up in the future!
